About

This is a blog launched partly due to my frustration over Blogger’s limitations, and partly just out of a desire to try out WordPress 2.0. Either way, it’s a blog that is essentially Christian1 in nature.

1Christian in the sense that John Calvin and Martin Luther were Christian. Christian in the sense that Jesus Christ alone has contributed to what it means to be Christian. Not necessarily affiliated with any modern group with Christian or Christ in the name. Not that I’m against modern groups or anything, just that I think Christ’s name gets abused quite a bit these days.

Why is it when someone tries to point out the truth about someone you decide to block them?

    Shersa (or whoever you are).
I’ve never blocked anyone who was commenting here. I have asked people to stop commenting if they are not interested in engaging in a discussion or in backing up claims they make.

    Charles,
Remember that Satan stands before God accusing the brethren day and night. It is useless to argue with anyone, especially people who don’t want the truth. They are of their father the devil and seek to do what he does, steal, kill, and destroy. They want to try and cause you to stumble. The Bible says their sleep is taken unless they cause someone to stumble. Stand fast in the faith. Share what you can. Those who want to receive truth, will. As you will see, they will turn to attack my statements as well because it brings conviction to their hearts. Then you will see blasphemy of the Holy Spirit when God tries to reason with them, but because of the hardness of their hearts they continue to turn away, and in fact become even more reprobate. Pray for them, that their hearts will soften and the Spirit of God will bring conviction of sin and cause them to seek to live more righteous because the seed fell on good ground. A person who has Christ can not help but to become more like Jesus. It is inevitable. We emanate who we are subservient to. To those who are Christs, more like Christ. To those who belong to Satan, accusers of the brethren.
