Thanks for the comment. Regarding Mr. Gothard, I know whtat you mean, as I&#039;ve never been completely sure which way he meant it. I think as long as it&#039;s stated with God as the focus, in that He gives us the power to desire Him and the power to do His will that it&#039;s a good definition for how grace allows us to do the work of God. But if that focus is removed, it becomes man-centered and dangerous.

		<description>I like the way you pull back the curtains here, so to speak, and point out that our knowledge even of fundamental human reality is so limited (e.g. what &quot;obedience&quot; means in a specific time and place) that our ability to classify and sort grace is likewise limited. Not only is God generous--He is sympathetic and merciful, in that He infuses his grace perfectly with our needs and circumstances.</description>
